Lost Dongle Logitech Wireless Mouse and Keyboard?

We lost the USB Dongle/Receiver of our Logitech Mouse and Keyboard MK270 and we cannot use it anymore, I tried to search for some remedy, luckily we found out that Logitech has a downloadable app where you can re-program Logitech USB Dongle using Logitech Connection Utility. This utility lets you use other Logitech USB Dongle (You can buy on-line or use the dongle of your old Logitech device) to your existing Logitech wireless mouse or keyboard.
