If I heard/watched correctly, you all waited 13 hours to get your rooms after landing in Cancun? FYI...when you were sitting in your room with your knit cap on, I did a double take as you resembled Will Smith!!!...don't know if that is good or bad in your book...just saying!!

Sounds like my flight that I boarded at 6:20am for a 2 hour flight and didn’t walk off until 4:00pm.🫣 I fly 6+ times a month and my last 3 flights have been pure chaos.
