Love trout fishing so much I actually started a series on my KZbin channel catching all species I haven’t and I travelled too catch my first rainbow trout and more recently a brown trout it was quite an experience and met lots of great trout anglers and seen many waterfalls and rivers! I can’t believe kids my age vape and drink when they could see and experience the great outdoors!

Its always a negotiation when you head out into the backcountry. I was hoping to be in the Diablo/Ross Lake area this month but Sourdough had other plans. I try to tell myself it's about the journey and getting out there is whats important. Thanks for the inspiration.

Always hard to chose this vs that. Yeah that Sourdough fire is not helping out! Thanks for watching!

Where have you been? Love the videos especially the candor. Wish I was able to hike the high lakes but the knees no longer allow me to do so, that 's why I love your videos. Also really enjoy the hunting videos. Thanks.

Can you use barbed hooks in lakes in Washington State?

Those mayflies on the first lake had it made. Free to fornicate without any pesky trout to disturb their reproductive bliss. But you know why you see trout jumping out of the water, they're chasing bugs! Flyrod time brother haha.
@CascadeBackcountry Жыл бұрын
Yeah those bugs got lucky! I think for next summer, I will buy an inflatable packable raft and a fly rod 😁
