Once again very inspiring video! Tuscany is a wonderful area for bikepacking for its great gravel roads and open landscape. I took partly the same route from Buonconvento to Montepulciano on my through Europe cycling trip. If I ever have a chance to get on my bike for a few months I surely will head on for Tuscany and especially Foreste Casentinesi. Keep on swearing it gives strength!😅 Greetings from Finland!
