I remember watching MTV and being stoked beyond belief that Dave was back. Then I had to wait to hear the new tunes and they were both killer. So when I found out it wasn’t to be, I was furious. Now all the while I was also a HUGE Extreme fan, so I was intrigued to find Cherone as the new singer. The problem with their album was the poor production. If they had given Cherone time to gel with the band, I bet you it would’ve been great. I saw them live twice with Cherone and they sounded fantastic. Mind you, I’m Dave all the way, but it was great hearing Cherone willing to tackle both catalogs. They broke out deep cuts and it was great. Edward’s playing was on point, but after that he started down a dark path. Thank GOD he reemerged playing like his old self before he passed. RIP Edward Forever the GOAT 🙏🎸

Dude if you gonna throw mud at the VH bros about MA you need to throw DLR in that mud pit too.. It was DLR that started that MA % cut.. Dave said he want more money because he wrote all the lyrics and that’s when he told Ed n Alex what he was going to do Ed said shit man I write all the music and MA does do anything other than show up and play what had already been written for him and the dude didn’t even show up for practice that’s when they made that rule that MA had to show up every-time the band was working on new music .. MA had the best gig ever never wrote anything never was told that he had to share any % from his sponsorships from JDs nor Disney he was allowed to keep all his earnings and still keeps those earnings to this day … Me I think he got the best deal in the house… js

@@avarose316 you are bang on target, these crybaby fans saying Mike got screwed when it's obvious he didn't. Has Mike ever complained about the royalties? Nah, he knows he was on a good wicket and got paid overs for years. He has a mansion, many investment properties and a HANGAR full of vintage cars and all he contributed was A-A-A-A-foghorn bg vocs-A-A-A-A and he left VH to join Sam anyways, it's not as if Wolfgang elbowed him outta the way.
