As someone who fits the category of slightly older who needs help paddling but can surf ... How does this compare to the new Machadocado? At 5'10 they both have 37L. Asking for a friend.

I remember thinking about this as a custom a year or so ago...so how does it compare to the PJ? Slightly easier paddling / more user friendly?

Think PJ but more refined and sleek. A stretched out template in comparison, making it a more versatile board for a wider range of conditions. elements of groveler, shortboard and fun board all in one. A great board which does it all.

I was thinking of getting a CI Rocket Wide. And then I saw this video…..Can you comment on the pros and cons of this vs. Rocket wide?

The Party platter is a much more rounded and full template board, best ridden in the grovel based surf or the smaller weaker waves where you would typically ride a much larger board, the Lazy Toy, A stretched out template in comparison, making it a more versatile board for a wider range of conditions. elements of groveler, shortboard and fun board all in one. A great board which does it all.

Power twin with trailer works well on my Lost LayZ toy 2 (newer version). Especially if you’re a bigger guy

Could well be ! great in the weaker grovel based surf but also isn't afraid of a decent peak or power either, a super versatile shape which can be ridden however you want it to!
