We the People would love to see you and vice grip garage do a nice big build together, you and Derrick are my number 1 KZbin channels I watch. After seeing that weather statement and that automotive shop I know you were in my hometown of Memphis!! Love the channel and love the builds. I’m a big Pontiac fan myself and I’m currently restoring one that belonged to my late father it’s a 10th anniversary trans am. 400/4 speed He had lost it some years back, talked for years about finding it and wrenching on it together. Then a few short months right after he passes it just falls into my lap and I find it abandoned behind a mechanics shop. There’s a whole cool story with it but I’m not going to ramble. Currently fixing to do the floors and I just got a fully forged 467 stroker bottom end from butler performance and now currently working towards the top end. Keep up the hard work and you got a like and subscribe from a new fan and friend in Southwest Tennessee! Hope to see you fellers at one of the power tours when I get her up and going 👊🏻

The problem is-- Your string is measuring the inside diameter (ID) of the belt/ down in the groove, but you are measuring the OD of the black belt itself- so it doesn't sound like much, but just that bit of thickness around all of the different radius's of each pulley will add up on you.

The first time I needed a locksmith to figure out what key I needed for a 66 C10, he walked over to a bench and picked up a large ring of 60s GM keys and said "Go figure out which one works". After a couple hundred keys, I found one. And since the door had a different lock than the ignition, I found out what key fit that also. For $20, I had two sets of keys and didn't need a locksmith to pull apart a lock. Simpler times.
@fastinradfordable2 жыл бұрын
A couple hundred keys…. Fuuu I lost my keys for 88 Camaro. They only made 3-4 Keys for those. Got some at a junk yard and they worked. My mom had 93 Ford escort And we once went back to car from store and unlocked and got into and started their car before we realized it wasn’t our car. My first car was 94 mercury-tracer. (Sister car to escort) And I locked my key in and had my mom drive over because her keys were interchangeable.

Just an FYI. If your halogen bulbs connector tabs are getting hot and breaking off it is a clear sign of a poor ground connection between body, frame and charging system. Be a good idea to go thru those and add extras if need be. Ground connections are the single most important part of your electrical system, if you don't have good ones things get hot and fires start.

I hear you brother! I’ve ran about every piece of construction equipment there is but I’ve never got my hands on any tree cutting/logging equipment cause it’s just not big around here but I’ve ALWAYS dreamed of running one of those big harvesters that takes down trees, it would just be a fun interesting piece of equipment to run 👍
@fastinradfordable2 жыл бұрын
Ya know they had vast forests of gigantic trees in Minnesota. But they cut the all down If you find forestry interesting I highly recommend anyone to read the book “Barkskins” And I challenge anyone to read that book and NOT cut down a tree with an axe. The tree harvesting machines do injustice for the hundreds of years the tree took to grow. Did you know the redwood was not the tallest tree in North America? The Douglass fir used to be much larger but …yup…. U guessed it. We cut them all down. And we cut them all down before those machines even existed Cutting trees doesn’t need to Be easier. We have proven that handily.
