this game i almost forgot... the chinese creator started to make this game like 7 years ago because he inspired by Final Fantasy XV's trailers. I waited for 5 years... i lost hope once i heard only one person was working on this game, now i see hope because he has a team like 30 people.

Looks fantastic. Maybe a bit too many particle affects to see what's going on, and the motion blur is a bit much. Though I do hope there's an opton to turn it off. The sounds as well, they sound muffled. Also wished we could have seen the HUD, but I'm assuming it's unfinished. SO I understand not showing the HUD yet

Music needs a serious revamp. Boss moves need to hit quicker and faster so the player just doesn’t run around in circles to avoid attacks. One of the very few games that has caught my interest in a long time though. Excited to hear more about it.

Most people seem to be going to FF XV and DMC as comparisons but looking at the first and last boss encounters I'm also getting pretty strong Furi vibes. Memorizing and quick dodging through massive screen filling attacks and then going in for a quick volley of attacks before being back on the defensive.

-» beat the golden guy, he just walk off unscathed -» with the same sword cut a rock like butter -» simply fall some distance into a similar structure: get hurt the visuals are amazing, the flow too... but I tend to have some issues with games like this. Like in monster hunter that even with you having the sharpest elder dragon sword, any medium sized enemy is still a bullet sponge. This takes weigth of actions...

Looks better than the last time I saw footage, but I'm still not really impressed by this. I think the effects during battle can be toned down. Way too much happening on screen imo...and a lot of it just seems like excessive eye candy. In the first (boss?) battle there was a whole lot of *stuff* happening, but all it seemed to boil down to was running in a wide circle majority of the time? So why bother having 1000 swords flying around everywhere? Battle mechanics seem pretty traditional/dated, and the most interesting interactions between your character and any enemies (the two bosses in particular) happen in unplayable cinematic scenes... and the sound effects weren't to my personal taste either. I didn't really feel any impact or weight in anything. It seemed like they're going for a more spiritual/ethereal feel with it though, in which case it works. The dialogue felt a little mistimed or out of place during gameplay as well. Honestly, this generally feels like it would be better suited to an animated series or movie. The animation, choreography and vision come across pretty well during the cinematics, but the tone and general feel shift a lot during the gameplay. A friend of mine showed me this game years ago, and it has come a long way. Not sure how close they feel to release they are, but it doesn't feel very cohesive to me yet. It looks like there's something really cool and interesting somewhere in here, but it's still trying to find its way out.
