I remember watching the first LSA trailer 7 years ago and was amazed by the idea that one person started developing a game by their own, which was a inspiration for me in creating a game too. Seeing how much it progressed to the point a company hired Yang to finish the project makes me so happy. I have no doubt this game will be amazing!

Not really. Final Fantasy XVI was made by Square Enix, a big company with countless people, resources, and funds at their fingertips. That game was in development for 7 years. This game was started by a single person, who then only had a team of 10 people up until 2018, and now has 40 people. The game is set to release next year. That's pretty damn impressive.

@willowingwhispers2612 SE, didn't officially announce FF16 till 2020. That game came two and half years later. Hence, the wait for most fans didn't feel long. This, on the other hand? We first got confirmation from Sony back in 2017 and gave the main director a team along with a budget. A video that same year was also released, announcing the partnership. We're now in 2023. It shouldn't be surprising that the views for this game has drastically fell under. My point is that projects realistically shouldn't be announced, way before development is close to gold. However, I do agree with you in regards to what the director has done is impressive and an achievement in itself. Especially what he created by himself before gaining a team.

This game was announced at the time of the PS4's launch and it's 2 years into the PS5 and we still haven't seen it. At this point this game has to be a phenomenal and blow every other action game away that has released since. If Ninja Gaiden 4 ever releases before this, it's pretty much over.
