I&I is the opening to the work we spent the past 18 months developing. The visual was directed by Ebony Hoorn & Florian Joahn.
I&I speaks of impulse & limitation, the thoughts that pass thru the morning air, the embers of a dreams left unspoken then forgotten. The visual finds ䷊ portraying the taunts of duality, invocation of the rising sun to find the courage to act.
The song was produced in collaboration with the Haxan Cloak on Osea May 2015 and is released courtesy of Mute Records 2016.

Alright, I just did some catching up on Ballers watching the last four episodes of the season on Demand and when I heard this jam, man, I just had to hear it some more. I kept hittin' the rewind botton then decided to look it up on KZbin and here I am. Thanks for posting this and thanks to mtaa11 for posting the lyrics (plus, while this song is playing in the background, the final scene where the Rock sadly walks down the hospital hallway with the orderly then the fade-out and closing credits is a deep solemn way to close-out the show, brilliantly well done).

Having discovered WU LYF 3 years after they had disbanded, not only had their album become my favorite of all time, I also deeply regretted that I would never get a chance to see them or their music performed live. Ellery's voice is an instrument of its own, something you have never heard before, yet full of anguish and hope and beauty. I have been following LUH closely, not entirely sure whether it would pan out or not, and then they release this absolutely-fucking-incredible new song. You know perfection when you see and hear it. When it becomes a part of your life's soundtrack. And especially when you share it with your loved ones, who do not share your taste in music, and it even captivates them. LUH, Ellery, Ebony - Your music contributes to the greater potential of humanity. Please keep making it. I can't wait to meet and thank you someday.
