Hello Ben, That whole house and all its contents left behind are them folks whole life. Their hopes, dreams...their everything. Its makes it kind of sad seeing it empty of life like that. Probably was full of kids and grandkids, laughter and peace. Gone just like we will be one day. Cheers man

Alright Ben, I would love to live in a house well away from people like that. I think he went before Doris and she ended up in a care home. The house will probably go to a relative or be sold to pay for her care. All the best to you, mate.

@libelle81245 ай бұрын
The 'musket pellets' you found between the marbles are also marbles. Only that they are not made from glass but from clay and then painted. I remember them, too. Was a great game. All you needed was marbles, a couple of kids, dig a small in the ground, outside and indoors we played marbles by cutting an arch into an old box 🙂

It looks like Doris didn't leave us all that long ago. Or perhaps she hasn't yet left us, and is still in care somewhere, leaving her property in limbo. If that is the case, I hope Doris still finds some happiness in her twilight years.

@@LostAdventuresExploring I did enjoy the video, but it did make me cry a little. Age will do that to a man, it will catch up with you too... Thank you for being one of the more respectful "urbexers". I remember those "Letts" diaries from my childhood in the 70s/80s!

Hello Lost Adventures, a new subscriber for you here 🙋🏻♀️ Just wanted to say in particular that diaries such as that one were common in the 1970’s & beyond. I was a teenager in the ‘70’s & you would literally write down the everyday things in your diary like the weather, where you went or if you stayed in with maybe a bit of other news thrown in if something special happened such as a birthday or a wedding perhaps or what you did with a friend. You have an amazing channel, it was recommended to me by the KZbin algorithm lol..presently I’m catching up with all your previous videos & also looking forward to many more in the future. Thank you for being respectful with the home’s items. My mother & I use to visit abandoned properties again in the 1970’s, my mother loved it and I grew to as well, it wasn’t called “Urbex” then, just plain old exploring..😎👍

5 years, so im guessing thats probably why the power is still on. Even though i live in Australia, I had a nan who lived in sth wales, though her home was amongst a row. her home was 150 years old and the walls was also crooked and made out of shape, maybe thats how the builders built homes back then. haha. i loved that home, shame the grandkids didnt take all the personal belongings, like you said.. photos etc. great find guys

This house is probably not abandoned just empty. The owner maybe died or in a care home. I understand why you think it’s cool to look around, but you should NOT show photographs and personal diaries. The owners obviously have family. They must have wanted privacy to live somewhere remote now all their life is available for the whole world to see. Shame on you pair.
