“Like” does not even begin to describe my feelings about this episode. First - it was great concept, Mark. And Margot is a real trouper to do it, in the midst of children, rain and a totally involved cat. And then you all get along so well and seem to understand each other and the vision of the greater project. Mark’s idea of incorporating the drain was brilliant. And Margot ability to turn on a dime and accept the design change enthusiastically says a lot about her graceful personality. So Bravo to you all. You have a beautiful and practical doorstep. This video was so fun to watch. The process was fun and funny! Mark with his gigantic rib breaking ‘rocks’ and Margo carefully going through her rock grading process. What’s lovely is Margo will leave a little bit of her contribution to The Chateau for years to come. Who knows Margo may bring her family one day and show them the little piece of art she made for the Chateau. So sweet!!!

It has also inspired me to power wash and resurrect my pebble mosaic which is nowhere near as lovely and, being in a more shady location, is covered in moss and barely visible.
