Hi! If you're new here, we're Iz and Tom and we converted an old transit van into our tiny home on wheels 4 years ago. Since then we've lived and traveled in it all over Europe, but we've still not explored Europe's largest mountain range, the alps, so that's what this trip is all about! I've always wanted to go to Garda. What an amazing castle and old town at Sirmione! 😮 And THAT pizza!!! 😋 Those mountain top views amazing! But that path looked sketchy! Riva del Garda looked so very nice... and THAT pasta! 😋 (The Dolomites are on my list, so I'm looking forward to the next video👍)

Guys before you change aux battery again it might just be the key battery it’s rechargeable and charges while in the ignition when it won’t open central locking put it in ignition on position 1 for an hour and try again if it then works it’s the key battery ❤

Really jealous. We stayed at castelletto last year on the 10th May on lake Garda. The side streets are amazing. Took the boat and bus up and down tge lake. LoI in Belfast now weather isn't great.

Great video guys, we had to change our auxiliary battery at a Ford Dealership whilst in France last year as it started swelling g and smelling like rotton eggs 😅 it was soooo much cheaper than in UK, they even switched it over for no extra charge

Love Riva del Garda. Stayed at Hotel Centrale in the harbour square for our 50 wedding anniversary. Been back to Riva several times. Dolomiti’s are brilliant. Been 4 times. Enjoy

i believe that the keys not locking is because the batterry in the key goes after not charging in the ignition for a while, thats what happenend to us! might be wrong as you have been using the keys:) maybe key battery is going?

Hello from Denmark. I am quite sure my brother in law would have been on all the mountain tracks in that area. They have been vacationing in Limone for the past 10+years. We went to Lake Garda in our old van. Lovely water - but did you know they have snakes in the trees and water?

Too bad , saw this too late. Had the advise to a hidden treasure Restaurant North of Riva in Dro. From outside not charming, inside best Italien food ever. No tourists, only locals. Been there 4 times in Differential years, always incredible

There is an amazing study (I forget the title now) that looked at patient recovery times and how even just seeing a tree from their hospital bed would drastically improve recovery times!!!

Can you turn the key in the drivers door to lock it? Same thing happens with the button on my keys but twisting the key twice to lock/unlock saves having to wait on it to charge while the van is running!

Yep should do, twist anticlockwise once to lock, you might need to twist it clockwise twice to open back doors again
