I’ve been waiting for y’all to react to this. I feel like Tobe has such an idiosyncratic flow that it may limit him as it empowers him. That’s why the change of energy that Phat provides is so HUGE. She is boom-blat while he flows between the bars. I hope you’re right, because I feel like hip hop has been riding a huge wave since Biggie died and it’s about to crest.
