Lotus Biscoff Cake Recipe
Ingredients for 6 inch cake
2 eggs, 75gms butter, Biscoff spread 4 Tbsp, 10 crushed biscoff biscuits, White Sugar 80gms, White flour 80gms, Milk 80ml or as per need, Baking powder 1 tsp, Vinegar 1 Tbsp. Bake at 180C for 30-35 mins
For Biscoff topping
Melted butter 5 Tbsp, Sugar 80gms, Biscoff spread 75gms
