Salute to you, I have always wanted to make one of these when I saw them on Pinterest but the pattern is quite hard for me since I couldn't understand. Watching your tutorials are very easy to follow and is very clear on what to do or how to do ✨

I have no idea what the ties are about or where they go or how many there are. Details were sketchy and I didn't show the ties when done.

If you use weight 3 yarn does it wave more on rounds 23-26? I'm having more ruffle look which I'm not mad at its cute just seems to be more tight unless my stiching is just tight which could be... 🙃

Hi I’m making this for my mother in law. I have had her try it on several times during the process. I wanted to make sure it fits, it looks right ect...and every time she tried it on it looks great. Well when I had her try it on the last time I was 1 round away from being done think to make sure it would fit. It wasn’t enough around the front. So I undid all of my work till I got back to #30 (1 sc in every ch. 2 space chain 6) You said this could only go around a certain amount of times till I have to do a decrease. So my question is: how many times can I go around using #31 before I have a problem? I’m thinking I only need to do 3 possibly 4 extra rounds. Is that to many? Will I run into trouble? Thank you for doing the video it helped me so much. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Julie

Hi Mikayla! you can repeat round 30 probably 2-3 extra times without running into issues, but it'll depend on gauge - you'll know you've gone over if the edges of your circle start to get tight or curl inward. If it lays flat, it's coming along fine :) If you need to do more rounds but are experiencing tightness in the edges, you can do extra rounds that work a (1 sc in the next ch space, ch 7) repeat, and that will give you the extra stitches needed to reduce tightness in the circle. From there, the next round you can add 1 extra dc to the fans (if you worked the rounds with the ch- 7 instead of ch-6) and then you should be able to work Round 32 as normal. There's also a portion of the sweater coming up that only works the top half, and in the video I go over how to add extra rows there in order to increase the width of the duster for larger busts - you'll hopefully find that part useful as well! :) Let me know how it goes!

I understand your frustration. I think knowing what size the mandala should be for s, m l would help a great deal. I am doing it my trying it on too as I am making it for a friend. I did a lot of frogging too

I'm so sorry I don't mean to be mean but the rows you say you're on really throw me off. I keep getting so confused about which video I'm supposed to be on. In your description it says 17-24, in the video captioning is says rounds 15-32. So when I saw that I skipped ahead to where I thought I was, but couldn't recognize where I was by what my last few rows looked like compared to yours, so I went back to the beginning to see what you start on and you start where I'm at 25. I just wanted to point this out, am I crazy?? I'm so sorry :s
@MoraleFiber4 жыл бұрын
Hi there! I'm sorry for the confusion :) This pattern is really not meant to be worked entirely from the video alone. As I mention in the introduction, it's supposed to be a full-length "supplement' to the written pattern, which is available for free on my blog. :) I made this video because so many of my written pattern customers wanted a visual demonstration. There are several options in the written pattern for changing the row count and size based on the "extra Row" options written into the pattern - this video utilizes some of those extra row options that are explained in the pattern but not fully in the video. That might be contributing to your confusion. Thanks so much for your feedback as I am working hard on producing stand-alone, full- length crochet patterns for my Channel in the future :) If you need help locating where exactly you are at in the project, please contact me via my e-mail in the Channel Info
