Hi Diniz ! Just a word of caution. The stage 3 is sold by Lotus, but it is extremely noisy. If you want a realy sporty sound, but not too loud, the road version of the 2bular exhaust is perhaps a better way...

Hello, I too have a 2014 Lotus Elise S, same color as yours aswell, and I'm thinking about upgrading the stock exhaust. Is your sport exhaust from Lotus? Also what does the stage 3 mean? Stage 1 and 2 are louder or quieter and what are the differences? I want a better sound (not too loud) but I don't want drone in the highway. I appreciate your help on this matter.

Who told you that? I'm afraid that's not correct. Certainly not in the case of a high-revving Lotus with little torque.
