My dad served as a jury foreman on a murder case in Philadelphia. He said that the video evidence was 100% clear as to who the shooter/killer was. There was an argument between 2 black men at a bar and the killer left and came back 10 minutes later and shot the victim. A black woman on the jury refused to vote guilty, not because there was reasonable doubt but because there are too many black men in prison already.
