We're looking at a 1940 Chevrolet 2 Door Sedan aka Tinmama in Green Paint with a V8 Engine.
The car's Owner is Luke Merrill. Luke’s had this car since 1990. Luke shares he decided to build this custom for his mother, and build almost all of it from scratch.

The Tin Man is an ARTIST!!! His creation Tinmama is not only beautiful it's a true work of art. I know one of the metal men who restored the first Dino Farrari and watching him restore a 65 Riv I know that level of workmanship is 10% skill and 90% talent. Hi, Lou! You know, the band America said Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man that he didn't already have. Well, it looks like Luke didn't give nothing to Tin Mama that it did already have! LOL! I mean, you have to give a good LONG look to recognize this as a 1940 Chevy! And it even breathes through a headlight bucket! Holy cow! Like you said, it definitely screams World of Wheels!
