If you made boxes with just kit-kats in them I would totally order one... or three. There are so many different flavours to try that the possibilities are endless. I can get ramen, cookies and potato chips here at home, but only 2 kit-kat flavours.

Hi, Lou!!! It was me!! My name is Thais! I was really shy too, that's why my husband talked to you first! I showed him your youtube channel and said "Do you think it's her channel?" And he said "I"ll ask" kkkk it's funny because when we started the trip I though about it, like "imagine how crazy it can be" and boom, it happened! I'm from Brazil and I never think it was a possibility because I live in the other half of the planet and I just have the chance to see your new video now! I'm so happy that I meet you in person and I really wish all the best for you! ❤ stay well and take care! With love from Brazil!

It is so enjoyable to see your video. I miss seeing one every week, but understand! Question: You seem to have a very busy schedule now. Roughly, how many hours do you work your part time job, your personal business, and creating videos? I am curious, but it is only if you wish to share! COMMENT: There is a medication that helps manage inflammation, but it has a limited length of time to use safely. You will get a much more positive response if you research foods that support controlling inflammation and which ones that aggravate the condition. There is a clinic near to you I think that helps with nutritional training. It is best for you to be able to manage your own health with extra support from the medicals. Good luck and All Blessings! 🐦🦋🍂🍁🪷

Hello Lou… So nice to see a new video from you today. 💛💛. The Americanized version of pepper steak was my father‘s favorite dinner and we used to eat it at least twice a month when I was growing up. We didn’t have any ginger in our and the meat we used was actually beef. I remember my mother would pound it out With a hammer on a cutting board before cooking the dish. It wasn’t my favorite, but my dad sure loved it! Lou, I also suffer from inflammation. I have several different auto immune diseases that stem from inflammation. My doctor explained to me a long time ago that some people are just inclined to have inflammation ailments. When they get serious medication or necessary, but they’re mainly controlled through diet. It isn’t until this last year that I finally understood what an anti-inflammatory diet looks like. it requires a lot of discipline and a lot of things have to be eliminated from your daily eating, but it does make a difference in how your body feels. I think if you just look on the Internet and look up anti-inflammatory diets it should give you a lot of clues about how you can help your own condition. I’m sure you’ll find some good solutions. Sending my love and prayers to you always. 🙏🏻🙏🏻💛💛
