i was in class today and for like an hour or two my stomach was making the LOUDESTT sounds, like it went dead silent and my stomach was gurgling so bad i even felt it vibrate and all parts of my stomach was vibrating lmao, people were just looking at me confused.. i have anxiety which prob made it even worser and louder but it’s always embarrassing😭

My stomach growls even when I'm not hungry, but if I eat or drink some water it stops, and while that helps, I don't want to eat nor drink anything when I'm not hungry, only because I need the noise to stop. And from time to time I have constipation. Earlier last year it was worst. I went from doctor for months, they gave me medication and at one point prescribed wrong medication for me, so now I'm afraid of going back. But right now, I don't do a lot of vomiting, it's like if I belch it whatever I drink or eat may come up small, other times I'll vomit, but it doesn't happened a lot anymore. For now, the growling irritates me, and I'm having constipation since last week when my menstrual started. So it's just those two, the growling and constipation.

Yesterday I drink turmeric tea with green and white tea and I eat fish spinach and lettuce, later at night I eat cheese and drink milk, the next morning I got up poop brown poop then it got watery yellow and I vomit one time ,then I went on the scale and I lost 5 pounds, what's going on am scared.

@@royery I have not figured out what it is. I however noticed that I get more of brewing and growling if I eat creamy cheeses like Brie and Camembert. Lately i went back to intermittent fasting and it seem to help with it as it almost does not happen at all. I guess it’s different for everyone, so you just need to experiment and exclude foods or drinks that might be causing it and see if it helps.

I have this problem for more than 3 years. Consulted many doctor and done endo scopy. No results. My stomach is making loudy noise and sometime gassy stools. it happened to me a lot in my interviews and on job trainings and when there is moment of pin drop silence, i recently 🤘 figured out and its a solution that not even doctors or any one can completely found on even internet, but i will help ppl, Noice from stomach: Number one reason caused 1) Smoking cigarettes - farty noises from stomach after you come from break Solution: After smoking immediately go to restroom and push hard remove pressure gas pee and poo everything remove it and there you go, then step into office problem gone 2) Hunger - this is not danger noice dont worry its not a fart sound but how to get rid immediately Solution : you can eat little bit of hard snack , always carry some packets in your bag pack, in india you can search chewda that is best and problem solved in 2 min 3) Drinking Coffee & Tea - this can make your stomach go unbalanced after 1 hour of drinking, Solution : 1st One The Reason is people are hiding their farts in the stomach that is the main cause of issue Always go to restroom and push out everything then go to silent place I hope this will change your life Please also help the needy people ok 😉 Thanks
