Hi @DrPal I'm from Bangalore and I had bloating symptoms very frequently last year and my gastroenterologist diagnosed it as a Post infection IBS. Since it was occurring once in 3 months, I concluded myself that I night be gluten and lactose intolerant. After seeing your videos regularly I thought to do a endoscopy and colonoscopy and in Gene expert test it was concluded that it's due to TB in colon and with deep ulcers. I have started the medication in the month of February and I'd like to thank you from bottom of my heart. The efforts you put to spread awareness on heath is insane. Please continue the same

Yes doctor as you said first to identifying when we have gas and after what food .. very basic I have noticed a Change avoid refined sugar in tea/black tea and drinking more water.. reduced my 50% gas.. for more to go I have started to take first thing in morning is cup of curd , to rebuild my gut … thanks for your support in knowledge sharing . I support Aishwariyam trust every month .. past 1 year.. as like my investment in good deeds.. it’s not a bigger amount but kick starting will make me responsible to take them as part of my responsibilities in life.❤

@@pritamsri just avoid junkies and go for fresh food like before am taking oily foods in my snacks now move to fresh cut fruits. Mrng just woke up and hving glass of warm water before ash guard juice now it's rainy so not hving. Then normal breakfast but more concerts on veggies and protein not about carbs. Lunch normal and heavy but dinner is very light and compulsory walk at least 10 min. But 10000 walk is must per day. This my routine may be ur body type is different may be it want some time to adjust soo don't force urself

Dr pal I am following your video from last 1 year this video is really helpful for people who are suffering from ibs.. I lost 13 kgs and not able to gain weight and still facing problem with gastric. Endoscopy and colonsooy Done reports are normal.. Stopped eating outside food..Still having these gastric symptoms...

@@idhazhyasri7365 intermediate fasting as doctor said in his video. I eat breakfast at 6:30 AM, lunch at 02:00 PM and take water in between. I drank 2 litres every day. Next, fasting starts from 2:00 PM to next day morning 06:00 AM. I changed my diet to a low carb diet. Each meal i will eat like 650-750 calories. Per day my calorie intake will be like 1300-1500. I took more fermented food to increase gut bacteria. After increasing fermented food my carving to food has stopped.

Kaalayil inji, madhiyam sukku, maalayil kadukkai. It is difficult to cook different diet for different people in a family of four. Just take dry ginger at noon which will balance gas in everyone’s body. @DrPal

H PYLORI ISNT GOING AWAY WE SIMPLY DONT HAVE PURE POTABLE WATER AD CALCIUM CARBONATE LEVEL OF 175 PPM WHICH IS VERY HIGH GOT IONIX WATER PURIFIER INSTALLED BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT OUR TUBE WELLS ARE ALSO THROWING UP HARD METALS H PYLORI IS CONTROLLED BY HERB CALLED HARITAKI TERMINILIA CHEBULA IT ALL BOILS DOWN TO WATER

Dr Pal, there is very low lactose in yogurt…yogurt or curd can be easily digested by lactose intolerant people due to presence of lactic acid bacteria.

I have IBS and live in the UK. Very difficult to manage diet as most of the veggies are on high fodmap. And eating meat and diary is also causing problems.

Dr Pal I ate many 🥭 mangoes and now suffering from severe acidity and waking up at midnight with stomach aches/burns 🔥and frequent motion.🥵After I eat a slice of bread and drink a glass of milk my stomach calms down after a Tsunami 🌊. Hoping to see a video on acidity.

My reasons were: -Stress -Anxiety -Poor sleep -Certain supplements/medications like multivitamins, calcium carbonate, etc. -Inflammatory foods. -Deficiencies in vitamins/minerals. Blood work helped me. It took me several months to identify these causes.

Hello, Doctor. 😢 I am 23 years old. A few months ago, I started experiencing chest pain, discomfort, and food coming back into my mouth after eating. I checked with two doctors. They told me that my symptoms are due to stress or tension, but I don't have any tension. 😞😞

Yes Doctor, chewing the food for 30 times is very very important. It took many years for me to identify this. I am an UC patient all your videos are like reflection of my life with UC(Ulcerative colitis). I stared a you tube channel to share my experiences with other UC patients but then I stopped it. Hearing it from horses mouth makes lots of difference. Your videos are extremely helpful for all UC patients n are must watch n follow. 😊

Me too. I always need to burp and sometimes it can’t come out and then I press on my back and it helps releases it. Weird.

Take triphala 500mg very day before bed with warm water for 5 days, after that increase fiber in your diet and maintain a gap atlases 3 hrs between meals. DO NOT OVER EAT stop when you feel just full. Reduce stress.

I m 26, I had gastric problem I started figured out on diet which cause gastric... works for few months then again imbalance started....I don't drink coffee and tea back then....now after breakfast I am drinking cold coffee....now my body is balanced....no gastric problem till now
