This video is clear and the steps are easy to follow. It helped to slow down the speed of the video in some sections. I am new to weaving and couldn't have completed the loom setup without the video. Thank you!

I managed to get the loom together but both this video and the instruction booklet could be more clear. For example the black elastic cords. It would have been helpful to know if they were supposed to be floppy or taut after both end knots were tied. The video cut away without showing. The plastic side piece description also flew by with the assembler’s hand in the way. How do they work? They looked like they were not screwed together. I finally figured out that they won’t work if the screw is put through the hole but must be underneath it. It just could have been more clear in places.

Very useful video!Thank you very much! helped me a lot with the assembly, clear and straightforward. Only when putting the nylon cords ( 6:20min.) through the hole of the toggle, having determined the middle of each cord has led me with very short cords at one end of the shafts (especially with the first and last shafts) so i had to adjust the length of the cords accordingly so that they can reach more or less equally the shaft on both sides to which they were attached. All the rest of the information super. Also how beautifully it is all designed: the eye of the sides of the shaft, so that the cords "find their place" and sit on it just perfectly. Hope it will be beautiful to work with!

I don’t think this video is all that helpful. At the really important parts, all we can see is the back of the gentleman’s hand! And the booklet that comes with the loom isn’t much more help with the small, blurry photos. However, I figured it out with a significant amount of unhappy noises. Good thing the Jane is just about perfect and worth the effort.
