Members of my family grew up with Louie on the east side of St Paul, Mn. He really had a poor childhood and came from very little. He's genuinely a class act and a great dude! Ya gotta love Louie 😂

When I was a kid and he hosted Family Feud, I LOVED Him. I thought he was the funniest guy ever. I still think he's very funny. I know everyone loves Steve Harvey, and I love him too, but I really think that Louie Anderson was a funny Family Feud host and should be mentioned more often. He always had me dying. He didn't overtly make fun of people's dumb answers, but he would give certain looks and it would just kill me.

Louie Anderson was one of the greatest Comedians of all time! My deepest condolences go out to Louie’s friends especially the Anderson family during this difficult time. Heaven has gained a darn good Comedian, just way too soon. Rest In Peace Louie (1953-2022)

In Romania Life with louie was a hit. Im 26 now I still watch it with my gf while we eat. My father watched it, all my friends watch and quote life with louie. When I think of my childhood I think of Life with louie. Thank you mr. Anderson. He's the only celebrity I would like to meet. If I had a picture with him I would be a rockstar in my family:))

I vaguely remember watching Life with Louie back in the 90s and I'm glad he got the role in Baskets. I never seen any of his stand up acts until after I saw him in the show and he became my favorite character. He's hilarious! SNL please have him host!

My favorite part of listening to Louie are the life lessons embedded in his humor 🤔 hopefully, next time before something is said we remember that words can hurt or they can heal. I really commend Louie for having the courage to use this avenue to communicate that what has been said needlessly and senselessly has hurt. In reflection, we have the responsibility to choose what we say knowing the words we speak can potentially cause unintentional hurt
