I learned from this lecture on how to wire a basic Electro-Pneumatic Circuit is that that from the power supply which is 24V going to one of the terminal EXT push button, just like what you said in the video sir we need to wire it step by step. In the next step is from the out of EXT button we need to connect it in the positive sign of K1. After in the K1 we have the negative terminal of the solenoid we need to tap it in the negative sign in the power supply. The second step is we can tap already in the EXT because its already connected to our power supply, so from EXT to RET. Good day sir! Thank you for this another series video of electro-pneumatic system lecture. The information I got from this video are the following : the control circuit here has the basic components the Power supply, Push buttons, and the solenoid operated valves; the system circuit uses DC 24V power supply which means it has polarity (positive and negative); the push buttons (n/o and n/c) has no polarity so we can connect the wires in any one of the terminal of it; the solenoid valve has determined polarity so we should be aware connecting the wires to the exact terminal signs and colors; for the wiring we should do it step by step so we wont be confused. When wiring for extension first, we connect the 24V positive (+) line to either one of the terminal of the push button. Second, wire the other terminal of the push button into the positive (+) terminal of the solenoid valve. Third, connect the negative (-) terminal of the solenoid valve into the the ground or 0V negative line of the power supply. For wiring the retraction of the cylinder we will just do the same step or we can just find the nearest wiring or terminal with the right connection of the component we will apply. In this video, How to do/to connect the wiring of the Basic Electro-pneumatic Circuit. It is start in the supply of 24 volts and then it is connected to the "IN" of EXTEND and the "OUT" is connected to positive of KI and the negative of K1 is connected to the negative terminal of power supply. And then the RETRACT, from the positive terminal of power supply connected to the "IN" of RETRACT and the "OUT" is connected to positive of K2 and the negative of K2 is connected to the negative terminal of power supply. one of what I have understand in this video is that before you wire the basic electro-pneumatic control system you must know how to identify first the components circuits. 24 volts is the red which is positive and O voltage is black which is negative. The important part that I have learned is that 24 volts which is positive connect/wire to the Green push button to extend and to K1 solenoid so that the high-pressure go to cylinder and extend, after we connect the solenoid it will negative and go to O voltage, and its still the same process to the retract push button. It started in power Suppy (24 V) the positive supply connected to Extend push button then connected to K1(Solenoid Valve) and connected To Negative wire which is power supply (- 0 Volts) Therefore The first track ia completed, in second track tap or connect the Retract push button on Extend push push that supplied also by positive 24 V then connect it to K2 then you can connect the K2 directly in negative (-0) in power supply and also in the negative wire in K1 and thats it. I now learned how to connect the power supply to the push button then to the way valve. The circuit that has the basic components which are power supply, push buttons (EXTEND AND RETRACT) and solenoid valve. When doing this in real life we should be careful in connecting the wires in any one of terminal (positive/negative) because one wrong connection may not work or it can explode any component in the circuit. So it is better to be familiarize and do the step by step procedure so that we can connect the wires successfully from the power supply (24V) to push buttons and then solenoid.

I learned about how to connect the wires or perform the electro pneumatic wiring, First you need to do is to identify the components that we use. We have our source of 24 volts with positive And negative charge, and also we have 2 push button the normally open and normally close. The extend and retract also the solenoid velve used. In this video, I've learned how to do the wiring of basic electro- pneumatic circuit. From the supply which is 24 volts connected to the IN of EXTEND and RETRACT push button, and the OUT of EXTEND push button is connected to the K1 Positive(+) of the solenoid, all of this are RED WIRE. The out of the solenoid is connected to the negative(-) of all that is BLACK WIRE.

Goodevening sir thankyou for your video and sharing your ideas sir in this video I learn on how to wire a basic newmatic control system, first is identify the components before use the circuit, and we have the source of 24V that has a positive (red) The red wire or the positive terminal to the push the bottons and then direct to the solenoid valve, so it's connected, the way valve will move automatically and the pressurized air from the compressor will go to the cylinder. and the 0V (black) is the negative, the blackwire which is connected to from the solenoid valves will be connected from the solenoid valves will be connected directly to the negative terminal of the power supply to complete the circulation. As I notice, wiring a electro-pnuematic control circuit is simpleir when you have a guide like wiring diagram. That method of wiring a system with diagram can lead the whole system in good sequence. You are only to follow the pattern each of the wires from the input up to the output of the system, just remember, all wiring activity in a certain system requires you a lot of patience before it completely done. When you are doing a wiring, just understand why it is connected into that area, in case the system has problem then you can automatically fix it as early as you can. Wiring a certain system requires also effort to make it function, just understand and follow the diagram so that the whole system will be in good condition. Thats how I understand when you doing such activity.

Done watching sir❤️ Thank you so much sir for this another video discussion sir. In wiring the switch of pneumatic system is first we must be considered our electric source or 24 volts. We can wire the limit switch from the positive source until the positive side of k1/K2 or solenoid valve. Then we wiring from negative side of k1/K2 or solenoid valve until to the negative source to complete the cycle. Because if we didn't connect the wire to the both supply it will not work anymore.

In this video, I learned how to wire a basic electro pneumatic circuit. Red ballpen represent as Positive then the black is Negative..
