How to wire Electropneumatic Circuit (with limit switch)

This video fully teaches us that in order to produce a successful output, we must first recognize the components. This is the part where I was able to understand how to define and mark each component and how to connect the limit switch in a electropnuematic system. As what was given on the previous video, we still have a 24V with positive and negative charge,then also the normally push button ( normally open circuit ) and normally close push button ( normally close circuit), limit switch and pilot lamp that has been added. On which limit switch provides an electrical signal that causes to our lamp response. Start in 0:50 mins onwards this is the part where you to do a step by step process in order for you to wire each component. We have also to identify the solenoid valves and we have to label it as regards to its function. Great video sir, your presentations are often compelling and visually stunning. Kudos and Godless.

As the continuation of the previous discussion sir, I observe in this Diagram LS1 is connected to the power supply which is 24v. The other terminal of LS1 is connected to the Pilot Lamp (Green). The other terminal of Pilot Lamp (Green) is connected to negative terminal of our Power supply. It is the same process we connect to Power supply to our LS2 then the other terminal of our LS2 is connected to Pilot Lamp (Red). The other terminal of the Pilot Lamp (Red) is connected to negative terminal of our power supply. This video is very helpful because the Students/Cadets already know how to read a basic Diagram. Thank you for your effort do this video sir. In this lecture I've learned how to wire the electropneumatic circuit with limit switch. Before we do the wiring we need to put a name first of the components to identify which is the RETRACT button and EXTEND button and also to identify which the LS 1( LIMIT SWITCH 1) or LS2( LIMIT SWITCH 2). To identify which the LS 1, if you seen the diagram the LS 1 is nearly to the cylinder piston. The purpose of the indicator lamp is to identify if there is a current flow in that line.

You never fail to make us understand your lecture sir! light indicator can be a great help specially if its far in the system. The indicator,lights it its activated and turn's off it its deactivated. Putting or installing a light indicators is such a convenient way for the operation it also benefits the operators if it has retracted nor extended. Just connect the wires properly to avoid failure in the system.It is also a good habit to label each relay as well as the solenoid valves to avoid confussions. This video was extremely helpful in understanding how components in a control circuit are linked. I finally figured out how to attach the power supply to the push button and then to the way valve and limit switch. I learned the process of the wiring I know finally that the LS1 must wire to left side to 24volts which is negative, and the other side of LS1 must connect to the Lamp and the available side of the lamp must connect to the negative 0 volts, Same as the LS2 connect the side to the 24 volts positive and the other side is to lamp and the other side or availability side of Lamp must connect to 0 volts which is negative. that's all of what I have understand sir. thank you

11:43 The pilot lamps are connected with those limit switch, as i understand the circuit, when the cylinder piston reach the maximum EXTEND limit of the LS2, the color RED pilot lamp will be ON. On the other side, when the Cylinder piston reach the minimum RETRACTION limit of LS1, the GREEN pilot lamp will be on. These pilot lamps serves as indicators and limit switch control the cylinder piston to the maximum and minimum distance.

The "IN" of normally open push buttons which is the extend and retract, the "IN" of the limit switch 1 and 2 are connected to the 24 volts. The "OUT" of the extend is connected to the positive of the K1. The "OUT" of the retract is connected to the positive of the K2. Alike on the previous topic, it states that identify first the components that will be used in that particular circuits before start wiring because it will make easier to connect the wires in the circuit.

Electro Pneumatic circuit. it is very helpful to get an idea on how to connect in there particular connection using the limit switch in diagram LS1 and LS2 step by step correctly. also i learn how to connect wiring and to read its diagram.
