Oh yeah since my grandma told me Achilles story I started thinking of a way she could have done a full dip and I asked the same question. But she couldn't dip him twice because Achilles would die, his mother had one chance and she had to do it without touching the water herself! The moral of the story is, nothing can ever be 100% and everyone and everything has a weak spot!
