I think you did an excellent job. I probably couldn't be that subtle with those acciaccatura in the B major sections.

I understand the limitations of a digital keyboard, because I also own one ... I also understand that therefore anyone who plays is used to miracles. Another forgotten pearl! Thanks for the wonderful post!

thanks for your understanding. i try to get the best out of it, but it hurts to know what i lose because of the setup

digital keyboards have advantages too. Never goes out of tune. I can play my Yamaha S90 much quieter and with more sensitivity than I could my old upright piano.

@@ratandmonkey2982 That's true. I started using a Yamaha P105 (basic, entry level) for several years and got used to the very precise dynamic control you can get with a digital piano. I finally got an acoustic piano (Samick) and, in addition to spending a lot of money on tuning, I am bothered by not getting the same dynamic control that I got on the digital piano. But I know that although the sound of the acoustic piano is much more natural, it is difficult to achieve the same control of the dynamics, because the mechanical system does not have the precision of a digital system.

This piece makes some interesting use of the grace notes. I like it. I know digital keyboards have their limitations but you still handled those parts well!

Beutifully played, especially that tricky middle section. Well done (as always!).

It sounds to me like more than a waltz: it is pensive in a real way, memories pleasant and sad; it is all there.

After a somehow mix of "Chopinesque / Marmontelesque" A, the B sounds like an anticipation of upcoming Belle Epoque. This small piece (small, but but not easy at all to play, I guess) has gotten its own dignity and personality, without being too generic but rather standing out from the thousands salon music jobs
