In fact, I am fairly certain it isn't. While it does feature lyrics of strong affection, but never anything romantic or sexual - but it does feature having fun, running around in the garden, etc 3) Personally I do believe the song is about his friendship/falling-out with Louis, but it could just as well be about his sister Gemma.
