Louis ViTen gets high angle ram assist steering!Super Duty steering upgrades.

I thought I was close in the last video.. NOPE! There was still a ton of work to be done. Lots of reengineering, Fabrication, Mig welding, Tig welding, and hose routing. This has been a much larger project than I anticipated, but it is coming together really well and should perform even better.
Ford Super Duty F-250 gets full steering upgrade. Not the typical off the shelf parts though. This is a combination of Barnes 4wd , PSC steering components, Ruffstuff Specialties, and custom one-off fabricated parts.

I'm in the UK and would definitely like to buy some merch. Your videos motivates me to go work on my junk. When welding aluminium try using a smaller cup. Too much gas can make the weld puddle unstable and you don't need the wide gas coverage. Keep up the good work.

I like the straight tie rod all the way across. Seems like the factory one with the clearance curves leaves a fair bit of weight hanging off the front, bouncing around, and shortening the life of your tie rod ends.
