Hi Lauren! Thank you for your mention of the Black Lives Matter movement and for encouraging people not to lose momentum as attention to it dissipates; how astute you are as that is exactly what happens. I appreciate this review; yours are the absolute best IMO. I can consistently watch your videos from start to finish and that is rare for me! So, I saw some chatter about the blue card holder’s color bleeding onto lighter fabrics. Have you experienced this? My bags have light linings so this makes me nervous!

I just ordered this the other day in monogram eclipse and it is gorgeous. And as much as I wanted to love it the quality was not good. Anytime I would pull one of cards out from the slot the lining would pull out with the card and it wasn’t over stuffed. I’m really disappointed in LVs quality lately. ☹️

I purchased it on LV website in 2021 and, as everything of mine, taken care of it strictly. It's quite brand new, if wasn't for some tear on the corners where leather has peeled, but it's still ok given the use. So, everything alright? absolutely not, the front singular pocket (where you put parking receipt) has started to peel its upper inner border, and I think it's quite unacceptable. I did some search online, the problems on item like this is well known to the point that (read this online too) if you're in a 5 year time from the purchase they usually substitute it. Maybe I'm not lucky, because as a LV point has seen the only thing they were capable to told me is "we can't do it, maybe if you have a good shoemaker/shoe repairer he can color it and rewax it". I'm so disappointed because aging is perfect, but I think it's a well different thing from tearing because of how something it's done (that pocket isn't of course the one is used the more in the holder, and as I said the whole holder looks quite perfect). We have some 30 and 40 years old LV goods in family and we've never experienced something like this... which can occur, of course, but then the client is expected to be fully satisfied with the customer care. Desiree Swirid I do like this one better than the Saint Laurent one! The zippered compartment opens up more and there is the additional slip pocket on the back. If you like the SL, you might need this one😊

I baby the heck out of my stuff and my card slots got ugly FAST! I bought mine in November of 2019 and I sold it in February 2020! Mine also seemed warped and wonky or crooked wavy like and it just bothered me! Maybe I got a defective one! But great review. Wish I could have gotten lucky like you!

And when i got it The SA said do you wanna see some others that you might like instead and I said no I’m after that particular one and she said no I have a few others just like this do you want to compare and grab the best one and i was like oh sure... then she said omg I’m sorry i think this is the last one and i said ahh ok no problem I’ll Take it. Not Realizing she probably knew it was defective and didn’t want to say anything! And she didn’t even give me a receipt! I had to call and get one emailed! It wasn’t the best experience sadly! I only try to buy preowned now so I don’t expect the best each and every time!

Korr_Michaels oh wow! That’s some shady customer service! I agree with you, that preloved is a great avenue to take. A lot of people feel like the quality of the older LV items is better too. With all the price increases, I think I’ll shop the preloved market more in the future.

@@jennifaht3276 in all honesty I’d stay away from Louis Vuitton with all the quality issues that they are having at the moment, I’ve been through 4 Pochette Cles and 2 coin card holders in last couple of months and all have been returned with bad issues ranging from stitching to hardware faults. I’ve now decided on the Gucci gg supreme key pouch and the Marmont card case wallet. I’m 100% pleased I did too, the quality is so much more with these pieces, I hope you can decide what you are looking for, good luck 🤞🏻

Hi what was your defects on the yellow one? I had the yellow one after a few weeks black spots started to appear all over the wallet.

the stitching wasn't the greatest and there were some black spots coming through the yellow part of the canvas. I don't think the colour was thick enough or it was just uneven.

Hi! Does your zipper feel scratchy when you zip it? I just received this wallet in damier graphite this morning and the first thing I immediately noticed was that the zipper isn't smooth like other LV zippers. It kind of catches when I zip it and sounds scratchy instead of smooth, so I was wondering if yours feels that way too?? Thanks!

My zipper is fairly smooth and easy to open! I've heard some people put a bit of chapstick or vaseline on the teeth to help it open smoother.

Don’t use Vaseline though, afraid the wax will stuck at zipper.. if have singer oil (all purpose machine oil) would be better. Sometimes the zip will have fray, it happened to my damier graphite key pouch :(
