Thank you for sharing the multiple ways to use the neverfull pouch. It never occurred to me how useful this pouch could be. I recently just bought this exact bag and I love it so much more in empriente. I also have the never full in monogram canvas but found the pouch useless. I think the empriente version looks very sleek and perfect as an evening clutch. I really like the crossbody concept too. I’ll be borrowing my Felicie chain to convert the pouch into a crossbody. I have the exact same bag and already know everything about it, but I oddly still love watching reviews on it, and yours was great! May I ask why you don't use your Felicie strap with the pouch? Because that's what I do. (Like you, I also find the Felicie so useful because every piece of it can be used separately or in combination with other bags. That card holder is my main wallet.)

Hi there - thank you so much!! Funnily enough i do too! It’s a strange addiction! But everyone has a slightly different take so it’s interesting. The Felicie chain would be perfect! And must look gorgeous 😍 but i have it in black epi leather, which has a silver chain, so it doesn’t (to my eye) go with the gold hardware on the Neverfull pouch - unfortunately. Otherwise I definitely would! 👌💕

I loved your review, I am thinking about getting this bag. I do have one question is the bag buttery soft leather? I have a Monogram Alma that is 20 years old and the sides of the bottom have worn off and I am worried if this leather is super soft it will wear poorly. Also is the large print on the bag the same texture as the small print on the bottom? I wish they put those gold pegs on the bottom to protect the leather.

Your neverfull in Empreinte definately has a longer strap than the Monogram canvas bags. Just got mine out to check, I bought mine about 4 months ago online, I will do my first review soon, it is in LV Heritage. Interestingly, my pouch ring is on the same side as the zip pull so I cannot use it like a shoulder bag sadly.

That’s such a shame! I don’t know if the canvas Neverfulls are different from the Empreinte- but i love the fact you can switch out the strap on the Empreinte! 😊

No it’s not at all heavy - i did weigh it for someone and the answer should be below somewhere - but i can wear it all day without even feeling it - I find it really comfortable. 😊

Is the texture of your pouch the same as the bag? I noticed that the pouch is a lot softer compared to the bag.

Yes you’re right- the pouch is more malleable than the bag which has a fairly rigid structure (though it does bend so you can cinch it in if you want to). The leather feels slightly thicker on the pouch although i might be feeling the lining with it? It’s almost as if the leather has been stretched over a more rigid base on the bag. Both very beautiful though.

Hi there - i did link the chain in the info section but unfortunately i think it is now sold out. It is a belcher style link chain which is so elegant and really suits the bag. I’m sure there must be others available on other sites - maybe Etsy. Will have a look.

I carried a fake bag @ mzybay.com at Gucci store and Fake Cap... nobody distinguished i am wearing fake unless i tell them... Lesson: Its the way you carry the Brand.. even if it’s fake or not as long as you can rock it.. they will never notice it!
