@@samantarizzi248 I recently got a coach tote. The organizer fits in it so it works the same but it’s not as big as the neverful or heavy as valentino. Still leather but much lighter

Thanks for this nice review!! I was about to buy the rockstud Valentino bag. I would still probably buy it. Will see. Not sure if you still looking for your perfect work bag since it has been 3 years on this video, but you can try the longchamp canvas tote bag. It has a zipper on the top and 2 pockets inside. It has been my go to work bag :)) have a wonderful day!

Thanks! I have two longchamp bags for travel but I like for my work bags to stand up and have structure. I go in and out of car dealerships so it needs to be durable, wipeable, and stand up on its own. But that’s just my personal needs

Dear@@LuxandWine I am not talking about Longchamp nylon bags but the Canvas with leather handles. They stand by their own and not slouchy at all. By the way, I ended up buying the Valentino Rockstud Tote and unfortunately it doesn’t work when I wear a thick shearling coat. The handles are shorter than other brands and it cannot be worn on the shoulders, only on my arms which is making the bag so uncomfortable especially with the computer and other work related stuff 😳

@@msymsy3293 yes the handle drop and the weight are still my top complaints. I can’t wear the rockstud tote with anything heavier than a blazer or trench coat.

Lux and Wine You’re welcome. No, I don’t own either one of those lovely totes, however, I will be purchasing the Neverfull GM. I would like to get it before the year is done because the prices go up every year. For work I currently carry an all leather tote (Chelsea tote) by a company named Buxton. It has just the right amount of strap drop, shoulder comfort and it works well with my life style.

Skye525 try the all in and the on the go when you go to the store side by side with the neverfull. The all in has a longer strap drop, wider shoulder straps, and a zip top closure. Take your current work bag with you to try all your things in it before you buy. I wish I had because the strap drop and the way it digs into my shoulder under the weight of my things has been a struggle. Also the price doesn’t necessarily increase every year. The last increase on them was a whole $20 so don’t let that pressure you. Congrats on your new purchase in advance!

Great review on two bags I’ve considered. I’m curious though, when said you’ve gotten flack when you’ve carried your Neverfull at work, what was it? I have a bit of an idea, and it has made me cross a few bags off the wishlist because of how it would be perceived at work. Thanks for sharing!🙂

I work as a district manager for car dealerships so most of the men don't pay attention and of the few women I work with most of them love bags too. But I have a couple of managers who's wives wanted them and they were really rude about how much it cost. But once I explained about the longevity, quality, and return on investment over time if you sell, the negativity usually subsides. The truth is, you get what you want. Rude people will find something to be rude about no matter what. My giant bag was just an easy target.

Depends on how long you hold onto it. Most. Valentino bags don’t hold their value. But this tote has. But, I always recommend you buy a bag because you love it not because of whether or not it holds it’s value. Then if it doesn’t you won’t be as disappointed.

Consider weight. I love how my valentino tote looks but it is heavy. I’m not familiar with Celine but I know if you want leather without the weight, YSL has great tote options also.

What were the dimensions of your organizer for the Valentino tote and where did you purchase it from?

In the description box I have a link to the Original Club site and my discount code with them. It was a custom organizer to fit my bag. I have another video where I show the organizer in more detail also linked in the description box. If you want the exact same organizer you can request it from Original club. They do not sell it on their site. There are two different sized of Valentino tote so I would recommend measuring your bag and sending it to them with your request to make sure it will fit.

Close but not the same. The neverfull MM does not fit a 13 inch laptop. The base width and depth is the big difference there. That's why I had to do a custom organizer for it instead of a neverfull one.
