I’ve had mine forever and I love it. I bought it as a work bag and it’s been wonderful. LV did fix the straps at one point, but they also gave me a great deal so they fixed more than what I paid for. Love this bag!

Thank you - your video was super helpful for me! I’m looking at getting my mother an LV tote, but she won’t wear one without a zipper. I wish LV still sold these so I could check them out in person, but alas their zippered totes are almost exclusively older styles that I need to purchase from The RealReal or Fashionphile. From one purse girl to another, I truly hope you continue to make more purse videos!
