It's great he forgave his captors, but the US should have never drop those charges. As a US military veteran I feel justice for all those that died due to the "Bird" treatment were slapped in the face by its own government

Just watched unbroken for the first time and it’s tuff just watching it as a movie I had a lot of hate in my heart watching watanabe do our people like that but forgiveness is the best revenge ps I wanted him to get killed in the movie lol but he died a sad life no matter the money he made he died with a lot of guilt In his heart thank you us soldiers for rescuing our ppl

God is fair, Watanabe's name will always be seen badly because of his war crimes and there was no apology from the coward before he died.
