I love everything Louise L. Hay says, in books, videos, and especially this powerful meditation. I have healed myself of Lupus, because of her affirmations. I met her about 15 years aog in NY. I will forever be grateful for that conference Because of her, i met Wayne Dyer. Miguel Ruiz and so many other high vibrational souls. Ahe was soft spoken, yet powerdul. The most devastating night of my life, when my nephew [23) years old was killed in a car accident, I faithfully listened to this meditation, it helped fall asleep. Keep listening and releasing all those thoughts that don't serve you go. Qho at first from listening to this never got to the end before falling to sleep?🤣🙏🏽💜

Thanks Donald. Fortunately I don't need to use this meditation every month. But when I do need it, it is SO useful. I don't want to have to pay over $15 a month to utube, just so I do not get woken back up again. I don't use utube much for other things, and when I do the adverts don't bother me. I do think this meditation should be available elsewhere free of charge. Or utube should change its policy for things like this which are so helpful to people and our mental being. It's a shame. I haven't come across any other meditation that works as well to send me back to sleep.

I have been listening to this for quite some time every night when I lay my head down I’ll turn it on when it gets to the part about your parents coming to you as children crying I can’t bear to listen to that I turn it off almost every night at that point. Why is that?

Hi Brandy. The part of imagining our parents as innocent children is a method to incite forgiveness of any painful childhood that we may have experienced with them. Forgiving does NOT condone any bad behavior, it’s to heal our own wounds. If you find that you can’t continue at that specific place in this meditation, I would invite you to ask yourself questions about how your parents behaved as adults, raising kids. We are all born innocent and helpless infants.
