i spent 4 months in Florida with people from Louisiana she didn't knows gumbo from jambalaya i moved back to Michigan and low and behold a woman from the swamp was my neighbor she made gumbo and all I had to do was pick a little guitar to earn my dinner

You can try fried frog with hot basil leave, it was using lemon grass, lime leave chili gallic and fried until well cook and crispy all ingredient it will make you more testy

Again another great video that I enjoyed. Just wish I was able to buy your food. My father grew up eating frog legs and he said they tasted like chicken. I did try it frog legs at this Chinese restaurant and they did taste really good. That bisque I remember having that when I was a little girl cause my father is from RI. Thank you for your videos.

Wow, I hadn't had frog legs since I retires about 14 years ago. Where I worked we had lots of bullfrogs and me and my crew ate them about 4 days a week every week. I'll have to try your shrimp and rice receipe tomorrow, Thank's Ken !!!

I'm Minnesotan. One seasoning missing from my cupboard is red pepper power 😄 I grew up on mildly seasoned food. I'm learning to add more and get more creative as my daughter is an adult now and she loves garlic. I've learned to put more garlic in things.

Hey Justin I have the VP-215. I have had it over 10 years with hardly no issues. I love it for all my fish and meat processing. No problems with vacuum sealing wet foods.I paid right under a 1000 dollars for mine .Think I got it at Pleasant Hill Farms online. Do some research may find it cheaper.
