Yes a library brings a soul to a home , I've found when all else fails good books are there to pull you through, recently been going through the I Ching Richard Wilhelm pocket edition. Also I find secondhand bookshop great vibe and value or charity shops oxfam or whatever great value great books and the more they've been used tattered and worn the more character they hold Also would recommend goodreads.com there's an app ,it's an online social network for book lovers for making friends and reviewing and discussing books Writing and putting in in print are the basis of civilisation just like language and the traditions and wisdom handed down, rediscovering it makes the world a richer place Also would recommend joseph Campbell the great scholar and teacher of the power of myth, the heroes journey etc well worth checking out here on KZbin too, his hero with a thousand faces book on the heroes journey that plays out in all major myths and stories and our lives,influenced Star Wars

Also worth looking up manly p hall here on KZbin and Alan watts great enriching helpful wisdom and wit Also there's an app called scribd that gives access to a huge library of ebooks and audiobooks for about the price of a paperback a month The world is full of libraries and knowledge and knowing waiting to be expierienced and known Also recommend sadhguru the modern traditional Indian mystic Anyway the videos are enjoyable ,there's a lot to get out of this stuff!

I think some of these texts are a bit inaccessible and off-putting to a lot of people, as wonderful as they are. Anyone looking for a more modern, western approach could try people like Rupert Spira, Francis Lucille, Adyashanti. Eckhart is great for beginners, but these guys have been much more helpful to me.
