Louisville neighborhood calls on Kentucky officials to come clean up trash around highway

For years, WHAS11 news has reported on people taking their junk and trash to the Portland neighborhood and dumping.

Traveled from Chicago to Tennessee thru Kentucky back and I can not believe the amount of intentionally disguarded bags of trash littering MILES of of the highway. I've never seen this anywhere else!
