Louisville Volleyball Red Defense

What is so important about this an one serious point is left out....which many or nearly all Backrow, DS and Libz are NOT trained in 'reading' the setters and the attackers... During warm-ups is a great time for the backrow to study setters and hitters. I have searched high and low for just this... reading the attack.. will put the defense in the best position. We all have watched power teams lose to quick, smart defensive teams that transition to attack and quickly deliver a point... I luv Louisville concept... this is a great starting point for Club and H.S.
