If the shells aren't cleaned properly, they can make you seriously ill. Plus, egg shells are porous and if you clean them with something chemical etc, then that gets in your body and so on.

Crack eggs into the bull then throw the egg shells into the garage get a fork and a bottle of milk poor about a couple of splashes into the egg mixture proceed to mix the get a greezed pan not with engine greese mind you but cooking greese through the mixture into the pan and start scrambling, easy as that lol.

That's the unwritten rule about women and cooking. And that rule is sit down be quiet and eat it. And I know some of you younger fellas out there are probably saying that's not fair and I'll say this I haven't run across a woman yet who has been able to take constructive criticism when it comes to how they prepare food for you. So technically, shells can be digested, and they are high in calcium. I wouldn't recommend eating them like that, though. They can be sharp and do harm to your throat and stuff. Look, there are vitamin companies that use cleaned egg shells for their calcium supplements. But the shells are ground into a fine powder before being put in a gelatin capsule. I don't recommend eating that but if he did eat it he'd have strong bones.
