We do 7 Layer Dip. Regular refried beans, ground beef, quacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, tomatoes, sliced olives. You can add anything you want. This always looks good.

Save money buy making your own bean dip instead of buying the frito lay cans of bean dip. You make it with canned refried beans, cream cheese and a little salsa. That’s it.

I have made a version of this dish for years. I put it together on a round platter. Each layer is just a bit smaller than the next. Presentation is lovely.

Pyrex makes a deeper 13"x9" pan and a square one that's deeper too. They're great for layering.

Hey Paula! I always add my salsa to the bean dip and spread on bottom. Then use tomatoes towards the top, green onions, black olives then lots of cheese!

I remember when I was a little girl I would spend the night with my grandparent's. My Granny and I would be asleep upstairs and all of sudden we'd hear my Pawpaw and my uncle yelling and hooten...and holleren....!! My Granny would say... ah sh....!! Suggestion:Refried veggie dip without fat instead of Fritos Dip ( too processed).No need for mayo.Fat-free sour cream is fine- or plain fat free yogurt).Make ur own house salsa-so easy and fresh.Include chopped tomatoes and pepper instead of canned.Diced fresh jalapeno pepper.Fresh chopped cilantro.In Ca we have Mexican mix shredded cheese so u can use that but you can fool around and make it your own creation.

1/2 box brown sugar, 1 small bottle Heinz ketchup and a shot of bourbon, It is also called Bourbon sausage. ( either kielbasa type or cooked Farmer John type, But On meatballs should be good too.
