Hey paula how is everyone doing and how did Jamie hurt his hip mine was broken I'm doing better my mom lived your cooking it reminded of when she was young growing up she passed in 2020 I had some of her recipes but they were lost in the move and thank you for keeping the past recipes alive. ❤ P.s. tell him to keep up at the stretching it boring but it helps even if you stretch alot I don't know how his was done but I had to have mine redone so keep you the work there are some stuff that you won't be able to do the surgeon told me that and they were wrong like sitting I guess.

No, it is all purpose flour. They do bake very nicely. When we make them in the mini muffin pans we bake them just till the edges brown and the center stays a little bit like a pecan pie.
