I was in my backyard last week and a Quaker came out of nowhere and landed on my shoulder. I'm taking care of him while I try to find the owners. He's a great bird.

Why was a helpless pet parrot outside? Cats, crows & hawks are opportunistic. Mostly cats will easily hunt birds; they are the #1 reason indigenous bird populations have plummeted. Great job humans.

What beautiful birdies! ^_^ I have 1 lovebird, he broke his beak from flying into a mirror. It looks like he has 3 sections to the beak :( But he has lived for about 4 years now, 2 1/2 after the incident

ODsurvivalskills they do it on there own for example my Quaker if you put a bowl full of water she swims in it by herself

Restarea11019V I have a Quaker as well she just takes a bath when she wants to. For example me and my mum leave a bowl full of warm water on the table beside her cage. When she feels like it she bathes (mostly in the middle of the week like Tuesday or so)
