Saw Buddy do this chart over 70 times. Miss those days. Dave plays it on par with Buddy Rich and it is a thrill to see him do this and create his own take on the chart, A Master player. Thank you for posting this. Gold.

This was actually from 2017 and was the first time I’d been to Ronnie Scott’s,the first and only time I’d seen The Buddy Rich Big Band, and the first of several occasions I’ve had the honour and privilege to see and hear Dave Weckl play live, including once with Chick Corea, I’ve also seen Laurence Cottle(on bass here) perform at Ronnie Scott’s several times😁👍

Basstrombone and more on top more did you play all the tunes from the Chez i ask I ask you whoever answer ok John Bunch on piano He was so good so good Im a fan of good music and mister Bernard Rich became my tutor you can say. Buddy Rich helped me in my younger year and tear My father was a Jazzdrummer i loved i love him and i miss him he died too soon many year ago What i want to say is..... thank you for the music
