in the manga, naru is his promise girl. in the last book, when keitaros granny is comming back, she is telling them that naru is his promise girl. in the anime, soone knows, and the anime also ends earlier then the manga.

Eventually they had the chance tell eachtoher they loved one another, keitaro told naru when he was in the hospital and naru told keitaro in volume 12 at the end when keitaro fell off the cliff and naru grabbed him.

Hey, it's the LinkinPark227 commenter. Things got better since I made the first post. I made friends, found love, and did my best to make a life for myself.
