Maybe a cowl to match your hat. Would use the last skien of green .

I love the Musselburgh mojo happening! Just a thought that I wish I'd had before making my first 1/2 and 1/2 version: If you knit it truly in half, then no matter which side is on the inside you will always see a blip of it on the outside. Of course, that is because the inside isn't as long as the outside by a few rows (y'know, because it's on the inside). My fix was to knit my solid side a tad longer because that's the one I want by itself and to be okay with the variegated side having a rim around the brim of the solid color. :)

It is so nice to hear someone else talk about major knitting plans that incorporate knitting 2 sweaters for Rhinebeck as well an casting on for the West Knits KAL. I am trying to decide if I want to knit Nurtured or Brim & Brambles, the new pattern by Boyland Knitworks. I cant wait to see your projects come together and meet you on the hill again in a few weeks!

Look at you with your monogamous knitting! See, it isn't that bad! I'm like that - I like one "hard" project and one or two easier projects on the needles - then you're covered all around!

Do you have any tips/tricks for counting stitches in pattern for gauge? When I do swatches in a pattern I often have a hard time counting!

Hi Natalie, I am doing the Pressed Flower Shawl. Not sure if you have done one yet, but might need some help with it if your willing to do a private lesson. The first 25 rows you can do as a written instruction but after that it turns to just a diagram. There is some notes but went to my local yarn store asking for some help and she has the pattern but has not started it yet. She couldn’t answer my questions but said as I work on it it will make sense. She understood my questions but read it and was not sure. I am new to reading a diagram pattern with out written instructions but I do understand most of it and from other people on KZbin say it a beginner friendly one. If you can help let me know. If not I will reach out to someone else that did the shawl here on youtube and see if she can answer a few questions. Thanks for a great video looking forward to ordering a shirt. Judy p.s. on my 3rd Musselburgh hat. Thanks for your help!

I love your podcasts! I mainly crochet and knit a little, but I enjoy hearing you talk about all your projects. I always have 💞 How exciting you got to go to the Oregon Georgia game. I’m from Oregon and we were a little sad with the outcome😔 But there’s always next week! Go Ducks💚💛

Just a thought - if itchy, perhaps using the remaining yarn, you can create a "project bag" for future use...lining it if inclined to...then you get to make new memories, while enjoying old memories.

I really enjoy your content. I knit for years and as you know it's rather a lonely hobby so it's so nice to see and hear what others are doing. I already saw some of your videos and thought why don't you put your granny stripe-blanket on your bed? I think it would provide such an interesting background. 🌈🧶

It's so fun to have this online community! I would love to put the blanket on my bed, but Toaster sheds and makes everything stinky so I don't think it'd be worth it to have to wash every week 🙈

I just finished It Ends with Us by Colleen, I didn’t care for it. I had heard Verity was better. I may download it. I need something before Stephen King’s pre-order for Fairytale comes out next week. I haven’t been interested in knitting a Musselburgh hat until you showed your green yarn! I have a similar yarn and it will be perfect! I don’t have any sports fans of teams that wear green though, lol. Your pink one is gorgeous! Enjoy football!

For the Musselburgh, I usually use 6-8 g for the increases/decreases. I try to set aside 10 at the end of the decreases and it’s always worked for me!

Im so behind on my project plans :( I keep trying to make yoke down jumpers in the round but they keep bunching loads in the back, are the stitches not suppose to split evenly across front and back? Your jumpers and cardigans always come out so well
