what a powerful and honest sharing! I am truly blessed to hear your testimony...Cathy is me:), my road wasn't the same but I had all the same markers, (I even still describe it as the season I needed a break, to which he quickly corrects... as the time i left him)😅 mbwenu! But God is sooo good! I support the decision to get help (especially as a young 'successful or priviledged' individual we often undermine our need for support), whether or not this requires physical time away, because only from sure ground can you help or support each other. In the time away, I was led to seek God's face rather than factual successes, and in that place of resting on faith alone, I found joy, and forebearance and peace where no amount of table slapping or direct confrontation could bear fruit. For me it was about faith, and my commitment to God and my family as my top priority, rather than being understood by whoever was watching or even understanding where I was headed myself. I put my faith in Christ alone. And boy did he do the impossible! It's a journey, God is working on me... I wholeheartedly agree with you both that Christ is the way back, work on me, pray for you🙏🏾 Do keep sharing your testimony, because as we do, we unlock opportunities for redemption for others. God bless you both!

Such a beautiful journey, truly ur marriage was so full of twists and turns but regardless, really built on Christ foundation, i assure you it was a holy spirit that guided Mr. Ray to take a decision of Rehab in UK when things were about to mess up .. And so thankful to Cathy for being such a low key woman in her life , she truly reveals that by even mere seeing her question approaches. I can say this episode an eye opener to all of us that salvation still remains a great door in the field of marriage and the others... Thankful to the Kananura's for sharing your interesting journey to many .. A huge thanks to Lisa for getting us such authentic people to share to us their life journey.

I have learnt quite a number of lessons ,but I feel some themes were not fully developed ,this is because when cathy is still telling us a certain episode, she is interupted with a question that puts an end on what she has been talking about . I feel some information was not put out,I don't know if it was by choice ,I really would love to know how Cathy handled inlaws ,how she explained to the young child where her dad was ,how did she meet the home supplies ,the kind of help she got ...I feel this will give knowledge to a young wife on how to navigate some of these things if met with them .....i would also love to ask Cathy if she can ,to tell us what she knows now ,as compared to how she was 13 yrs ago,and give a young wife some notes ....i have enjoyed the show ,and i am sharing with my friends ..❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Just finished watching this episode and it was beautiful with so many lessons I will highlight one lesson that came in the last minutes of the conversation... Mrs Rachel Mwiine shared on her Instagram recently about being careful when we feel justified, when we feel that we have the right to be angry .. relating it to this episode Mrs Cathy's anger was justified.. the husband had cheated and was taking too much alcohol.. so really her anger was justified.. but the problem with justification we forget that we also do wrong things and for Mrs Cathy the realization that she isn't perfect came after she received Christ, she understood that sometimes she also didn't treat the husband the right way So I feel it's really important to realize that we too aren't perfect and it is really not always the other person's fault Once it was a beautiful episode, thank you to the guests and the host
