We have to accept accountability regardless. She didn’t like how he spoke to her because his questioning and tone made her reflect and ask her the hard questions that she never confronted. She never told her ex bf that she cheated on him, and to Uche he was probably like if she can do that who’s to say she won’t do that to me. Sometimes we gotta look past the delivery of the message and focus on the overall message. Then again being that Aaliyah is a woman men need to understand that the way a woman communicates is different from the way a man communicates. Most women are driven by their emotions while most men are logically. That is why the women here have a problem with how Uche spoke to her. If this was a conversation amongst men, I guarantee you this won’t be the conversation we’re having now. The real problem here is Lydia she’s a snake and she’s playing Milton, poor dude ain’t got no clue. Uche and Aaliyah can work this out hopefully.

Just because someone cheats doesn't mean they will with you. Everybody should be treated as individuals not judged by their past. It is hard to be vulnerable and have someone throw your mistakes in your face. Cheating obviously isn't right, but people can learn from their mistakes. The purpose of asking deeper questions is to get to the root of how someone thinks abd behaves, decisions etc. If we do something wrong and share it we must also allow the person to process it. Cheating to get needs met is the why but the how you did it and weren't accountable is problematic. I didn't think he berated her I thought he stuck to the facts initially.
