Hearing Joel impersonate Aaron and go “JOELLLL” will never fail to make me laugh. My love language is gift giving and the number of people who called me superficial for that 🥲 I like giving people trinkets, stuff I baked, gifts and surprises in general; idk why. I think it may have been growing up playing Harvest Moon? I loved giving the villagers their favourite gift, especially on their birthdays. It was strangely satisfying and it translated into real life for some reason.

My primary love language is gift giving! I’d say it’s definitely less about the material gift itself (though I do like nice gifts too LOL) and more about the thought and care they put behind it. Like, if my parents come home with food from a bakery they know I like, or if my friends give me small tokens because it reminded them of me, stuff like that. I think it’s just a really nice feeling seeing someone think of you and receiving a small gift that they specifically picked out for you.

it's interesting to think about how both our love language (what make us feel loved) and the way we express love relate to the way people around us cared about us and how they gave us attention when we were kids. like, one's primary love language can be something they didn't have while growing up, and the way they express love may be what they did to get adult's attention. or one's primary love language can be the same as their parents, which is pretty common when parents' love language is words of affirmation. and. unrelated, but, in my opinion, Aaron actually looks good when he doesn't shave.

I will say, I don't mind at all when people are on their phone while I'm talking to them, as long as it's evident that they're paying attention to what I'm saying. I myself am a very good multitasker and can listen and engage with a person I'm talking to while taking care of something on my phone. When I really get angry is when it seems obvious to me you're prioritizing whatever is on your phone (as long as it's non-urgent) over what I'm talking about.

I think the gift giving isn't so much about big gifts on special occasions. It's more about everyday small things like making a snack for them or even getting them something when your out and about like something there into. (Ex. Giving my friend a mug from The Office that I saw will shopping)

By watching nuest videos you might think they all love physical touch but seeing how much aron doesn't like it was surprising for me. He sacrified himself by letting his members hug him every other minute. They were hugging all the time, at least what we saw in videos. But yes mainly Minki, he was the one who touched his hyungs the most. By the way my love language is absolutely physical touch, and yes secondly quality time. 💓

My top two are words of affirmation and gift giving! Maybe I'm just a material ghorl lol but to me, it truly is the thought that counts. It's nice to think that someone saw something that reminded them of me or they got me something that they thought I'd like. And it definitely doesn't have to be anything big. My first thought was when my parents would bring home treats like donuts or something when I was a kid or when my friends would include me in their coffee runs even if I didn't ask them to get me anything.

they may have misunderstood the gift giving thing, cuz its not the price that counts but rather the thought. For example, I once mentioned I like tulips a lot and the next time my friend comes across tulips, she thinks of me and buys one for me. It could be the smallest things, like friendship bracelets, etc. Something to commemorate the bond or remember you by.
